Notes: This one would go terrific with the strategy I like to try with the Winnu, wherein I can get Lazax Gate Folding in the first round to gain Mecatol Rex right away. Can be tricky to pull off but doubling your votes with Mecatol (plus the Winnu ability that they can vote using influence on exhausted home planets) means you should have no problem getting some favorable laws in play early on. Well, unless your Representative gets assassinated or mind-controlled. Then this could go south pretty quickly.
