Notes: Really nice when you have a lot of Cruisers. Not very common to have a lot of Cruisers, but I use them a lot when playing the Mentak as I try to get Stasis capsules right away and you start with a butt load of them. Also Mentak get their cool sneak attacks with cruisers at the beginning of combat. So for the Mentak, I give this card a Fonzi Score of 'EEEEEEYYYYYYY!!!!!!!' but for most other races I give it a 'Meh.'
I should note that I am medicated at the time of this writing.
