Number in Deck: 2
Notes: This one seems to come up in online forums regarding play order when one player uses this card and another player uses Direct Hit. Cards activate in initiative order, so if the player using Emergency Repairs is first in initiative order than the Direct Hit would not work on the repaired ship; likewise, if the Direct Hit player is first, Emergency Repairs would be too late as the ship would already be destroyed. This brings up some issues on whether or not players can keep the wasted card they played (ie. can the player keep his Direct Hit if Emergency Repairs made it no longer valid?) Rather than go into it here I will just provide a link to this topic at Board Game Geek: http://boardgamegeek.com/thread/979597/action-card-conflict-emergency-repairs-direct-hit
